It is the goal of PTTC to not only teach horsemanship and training, but to instruct in the correct care and management required by horses to keep them physically healthy and of sound mind.

Paula Tate has over 45 years of experience in the horse industry training, showing, giving riding instruction as well as managing horse facilities. She has bred and promoted national champions and helped amateurs achieve regional championships. She has also developed programs for children with learning disorders and physical disabilities to improve their self-esteem.
